Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Germany using DHL, DPD, or Deutsche Post. Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding German public holidays.

Shipping costs and delivery times are as follows: Within Germany, shipping is €5.99, and free for orders over €100. Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days. For Austria and Switzerland, a flat rate of €12.99 applies, with delivery in approximately 6–10 business days. For other EU countries, shipping costs €15.99, with delivery in around 6–10 business days. For the rest of the world, shipping starts at €25 depending on weight and destination, with estimated delivery times of 7–14 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel on the carrier’s website. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, as well as due to customs processing delays.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or German public holidays. For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes. All listed prices include VAT where applicable.
